By using HardhatBill you agree to these terms.

The service

HardhatBill helps you create estimate and invoice documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, taxes and terms you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes 5 PDFs per month. Pro is billed monthly at $9 after a 7-day free trial and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from “Manage plan” in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

Your documents are stored on your own device. Keep your own copies of important documents.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
