HardhatBill is built to collect as little as possible.

What stays on your device

The business details, customers, line items and documents you enter are stored in your browser on your own device. We do not upload them to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Payments

If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address and subscription status from Stripe, but never your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Hosting and analytics

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
